Explore the transformative power of touch in Deep Touch—a facilitated exploration inspired by the principles of tantric massage. This is more than just practice; it’s an invitation to deepen your connection to yourself and others through intentional touch, presence, and awareness. In a safe, nurturing space, you’ll be invited to explore the art of giving and receiving touch that honors the body as a vessel of energy and emotion by asking for what you want and setting boundaries as well as giving from a truly generous place. With an emphasis on slowing down and cultivating presence, Deep Touch fosters a sense of intimacy, trust, and profound connection—whether with a partner, a practice partner, or within yourself. What Awaits You: 🔥 Give and receive from the heart. 🔥 Learn to ask for what you want and set boundaries 🔥 Present, deep and slow touch. 🔥 Learn about the 4 elements of touch. Water, earth, air and fire. 🔥 Experience the erotic energy. ​​Buzzwords: Presence, Empathy, Enjoyment, Trust and confidence Who is it for? This workshop is for anyone with a desire and interest in the tantric touch. The tantric touch involves presence, slowness, attention, love. You will explore how to give from a healthy and loving place. And you practice to receive exactly the touch you want most. Can I come alone? Absolutely. We will be working in pairs. Come with a partner if you want a specific experience or come alone if you want to explore. If you come alone, we invite you to be open and curious to practice with the other people who came alone. We can never guarantee a match and ask that you respect your own boundaries. What to wear? Wear something you feel comfortable in - or nothing, but bring a sarong/towel/sheet to put under you, if you do. What to bring? A bottle of water to stay hydrated. Your gorgeous self Massage oil Sheet or blanket that can tolerate a little oil. A towel to wipe oil off your body. There is no shower at the venue Can I join as a beginner? Yes! This practice is beginner-friendly and open to all experience levels.
